SocialCoach August 2024 Release Notes

Howdy SocialCoach fans!

We've just recently made some new changes to the SocialCoach app that we are excited to share with you. Look at all of the new great features in this update:

Improved Compliance Review

We're excited to announce enhancements to our social media post review process. Compliance teams and admins can now efficiently track and manage review requests, while posters gain better visibility and control over their posts.

In-App Request Management

As a player, you can now review and respond to requests directly within the mobile and web apps, saving time and effort in tracking down what needs addressed. Posts requiring changes will show up right on their dashboard under the ‘Needs your attention’ section.

When you click on those alerts, you can see the post in question, view the message sent along with the request, and click links that will direct them to the post. Once the change is completed, you can mark the issue as resolved.

These improvements will help teams collaborate more effectively and ensure timely resolution of review requests.

Request History

Coaches and compliance teams can now easily access a complete record of all review requests from the Compliance Feed. Click the ‘View Request History’ in the bottom right.

Note that this feature is only available for changes requested after this release

SocialCoach on your desktop!

We’re excited to announce a major upgrade for players using SocialCoach from their desktop web browser, bringing it closer to the power and functionality of our amazing mobile app.

This release introduces a new dashboard, prompt library, and the ability to seamlessly share your content on social media.

Library Tabs (SocialCoach+)

Your Library in the SocialCoach mobile app is your new home for creating amazing content! We’ve introduced three tabs at the top to easily navigate between your evergreen prompts, Video Catalyst, and your teleprompter Scripts.

Plus, click the plus icon in the top right to start a new post, Video Catalyst project, or create your own Teleprompter Script!
